Ultra-Blend Plus:

?Ultra-Blend plus is a light cured, radiopaque cavity liner; it contains calcium hydroxide in a biocompatible urethane dimethacrylate matrix. Use Ultra-Blend plus as a thin cavity liner prior to placing either composite or amalgam, and for pulp capping with reversible pulpitis.

INDICATIONS:

Ultra-Blend plus is a self adhesive to be used as a cavity liner and base material prior to placement of restorative materials.
