This remedy is prepared by powdering the Spigelia plant. This homeopathic mother tincture is especially useful in the following conditions-
 
Heart
It is an excellent remedy for angina. It works well in cases with palpitation, breathlessness and intense pain extending to arms.
used in cases of dysphagia must lie on right side with head high.
 
Headache
A migraine, violent pain from temples to the eye on the left side with a sensation of a band around the head.
 
Mouth 
Can reduce the sensitivity of teeth especially of the left side. Bad odor from the mouth.
 
Stammering - For children who repeat the first syllables 3-4 times.
 
Worm remedy - Use Spigelia to de-worm your child.
 
Nerve pains especially of the face. A good remedy for a migraine with pain over the left eye
 
Precautions
Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine.
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
