Great weakness during periods with cramps in the abdomen.
Sleeplessness due to grief and violent yawning hence sleeps very light.
Usually, complaints increase in the morning, after periods, in the open air and are better while eating food.

Precautions
 
Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine. 
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
