EUPATORIUM PERFOLIATUM MOTHER TINCTURE
This homeopathic remedy is prepared from fresh and blooming Thoroughwort plant. It is indicated for the following condition
 
Fever
 
Fevers of malaria, dengue and Chikungunya.
Fever comes on periodically.
Fever at 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.
Fever with severe bone pains- aching in bones of back, legs, and arms with sore muscles.
Excessive thirst during fever.
Thirst before shivering stage of fever starts
Gout with headache.
 
Head
 
Headache- Heaviness at back of head with soreness of eyeballs.
Periodical headache, every third and seventh day with sense of weight after lying down
Vomiting of bile with headache
Pressure on head as if a cap of lead was pressed on skull
Vertigo with sensation of falling to the left.
Complaints are worse at regular intervals and better by talking
 
Dose- 15 drops of Eupatorium Perf mother tincture in half a cup of normal water twice each day for 3 months unless otherwise prescribed by the physician. Can be taken along with allopathic medicines.
 
Precautions
 
Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine. 
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
