The air adjustment switch must aim along with the holes before ignition the torch.. Turn the ignitor button counter clockwise until you can hear the sound of gas flow.. Press the ignitor button to light the torch.. To turn off the torch simply just tighten the ignitor button in clockwise direction.B. FLAME ADJUSTMENT. The flame of the torch or the temperature of the soldering head may be adjusted in two ways .1. Turn the ignitor button clockwise to reduce the gas flow,thus ,decrease the flame strength.Turn the ignitor button counter clockwise would give contray result.2. Rotate the air adjustment switch to reduce the flame strength. C.Refilling Gas Tank:. Turn off the torch and make sure the fire is off.Wait until the torch temperature is cool down before refilling gas.. Hold the torch on an upside down position.. Insert the butane can nozzie into the torch refilling valve.. Stop refilling once gas start overflowing.Please allow a few minutes for gas to stabilize.. When refilling , keep away from fire and make sure that room is well ventilated.
