For 2-step composite machining according to Prof. Radlanski
In the first step, the composite filling with Q-instruments is brought into shape. The different shapes conical pointed (H134Q / H135Q), egg (H379Q) and grenade (H390Q) are adapted to the tooth surfaces to be machined. After a targeted removal of filling plastic with the Q-instruments, a second step is completed with appropriate AGK instruments. With their tortuous cutting edges and the specially developed cutting geometry, they are ideally suited for finishing. The 4389 set is also particularly suitable for the gentle processing of press flags in the adhesive attachment of ceramic inlays with plastic.
