Himalaya Hadjod contains Asthisamhara (Cissus quadrangularis). 
Asthisamhara is a therapeutic herb that promotes healing in fractured bones. Himalaya Hadjod quickens healing during bone fracture, strengthens bone integrity, combats pain and inflammation, and assists in building weak bones. It restores the balance between bone restoration and bone formation. Hadjod assists in building the chemical composition of fractured and weak bones. It also restores the tensile strength of bones.
 
Directions of use:
To reap best results, one must consume 2 tablets twice daily. 
 
Caution:
One must consult a doctor in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, diabetes, and hypertension. 
Hadjod must not be consumed on an empty stomach to avoid indigestion.
