HealthKart Apple Cider Vinegar is naturally fermented with delicious Himalayan apples. It is 100% pure, unfiltered, unpasteurized vinegar and has strains of ‘Mother’, a cobweb-like structure floating at the bottom of the bottle, but a proof of organic, undistilled vinegar. Alternative health practitioners believe that the major missing piece of the healing puzzle is to move the body’s pH to a slightly alkaline state, as many inflammatory diseases, like allergy, diabetes, and arthritis have their roots in the acidic pH.
